主场馆总建筑面积12500平方米，内设二千多个座位，是世界上第一个按国际自盟2001年最新标准建设的赛馆，也是国内第一个采用木质赛道的自行车赛馆。主场馆造型新颖，与周边的湖光山色浑然一体，新型空间膜覆面材料构建的屋盖体系，凸显现代气息和动感主题。
With more than 2000 seats, the main hall occupies an total construction area of 12,500m2. . It is the first race hall built according to the 2001 Latest Standards of International Cycling Union in the world, and also the first cycling racing hall which adopts wooden track in China. The main hall has creative mould and is harmonious with surrounding lake and mountain landscape. Its roof system constructed by new space film covering material shows the modern look and dynamic theme.
